This warehouse project provides international participants with entry-level logistics experience in one of Germany’s important commercial regions. The work focuses on accurately selecting, scanning and preparing customer orders within a modern distribution facility.

Job Position — Order Picker / Kommissionierer

Pay: €15.33 gross per hour
Night work: Additional 25% for eligible night hours
Approximate schedule: 45 hours per week
Available shifts: Morning, afternoon and night

Main duties

• Select products required for customer orders.
• Use a handheld barcode scanner.
• Verify items and quantities before dispatch.
• Place products in boxes, containers or warehouse carts.
• Keep shelves and working areas organized.
• Follow productivity, quality and safety procedures.
• Perform repetitive duties while standing and walking.

The tasks are straightforward and may be suitable for participants without previous warehouse experience, provided training is completed successfully.
